March 15, 2024, the project "Researchand Industrialization of Key Preparation Technology of Multifunctional SpecialDigital Camouflage Webbing" led by the research group of Song Lijun ofXiamen Institute of Rare Earth Materials (hereinafter referred to as theInstitute of Rare Earths) won the third prize of Xiamen Science and TechnologyProgress Award in 2023.

In view of the key technical problems inthe preparation of multi-functional special digital camouflage webbing, theproject has carried out all-round technological innovation from the developmentof functional additives, the preparation of special webbing and high-precisionpositioning digital jet printing technology, and overcame the technicalproblems such as the preparation of anti-detection webbing, the preparation ofrare earth synergistic flame retardant webbing and the double-sided digital jetprinting process of high-precision positioning, and effectively improved thequality of special camouflage webbing. The whole project has a full set offormula technology and technology, formed a core technology with independentintellectual property rights, successfully developed a series ofmulti-functional special digital camouflage ribbon products and widely promotedand applied, and the joint applicant unit has achieved a total sales revenue of763.21 million yuan in the past three years, which has produced good economicand social benefits. The research results of the project have obtained 6authorized invention patents, 2 utility model patents, 2 appearance patents, published 5 papers, and focused on participating in 3 standards of the MilitaryEnergy Bureau of the Central Logistics Support Department, the project hascompleted the whole process from basic research, application development, patent protection to product promotion and application, which is of greatsignificance for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the functionalcamouflage ribbon industry.
